Buyer Account
Registered Buyers can use the cyber bells and whistles and registration is free! Buyer features include access to PAWestRealty.com webmail plus the saved search criteria and email notification of new ads posted. It's that easy.

Seller Accounts
Let us help you sell your Western Pennsylvania property. Sellers can test drive PAWestRealty.com for 30 days with a $5.00 ad. Give it a try. Track the number of hits on your ad and know that your property is getting noticed. After 30 days, you have the option of upgrading the account and continuing your ad for another 90 to 180 days! (Introductory ads are deleted after 30 days if the account is not upgraded.)

To register, enter a user name and password, then select the type of account:

• Introductory (30 days) $5.00
• Basic Ad (90 days) $29.99
• Value Ad (180 days) $49.99

Proceed through the check-out process before posting your ad. We use the trusted PayPal system for payment. It is a secure and private payment system. If you do not already have a PayPal account, the sign-up process is quick and easy.

You can also pay for ads with a check or money order to the Jupiter Marketing address below.

After the payment process, you can upload your ad. Select whether the property is "For Sale" or "For Rent", the type of property (residential home, farm, acreage, commercial, etc.), and the Western Pennsylvania county it's located in. Enter a property description in the format provided and include as much information as you can. Remember, more detail is better. It's more than just a garage sale!

Upload up to five pictures in "JPEG" format. If you cannot upload your photos, contact us for mailing/scanning instructions.
